About Us
The firm is a brain-child of Mr Mashapa, having combined his years in the corporate and legal practice having played a major role for more than ten (10) years as a partner in the legal fraternity.
The Firm opened for business in April 2003 and with the business services and or legal solutions to our Clients, ranging from individual, small to large entities with emphasis as a “specialist” in legal areas we do. The firm has during the 2010 acquired their own offices, which are located at 200 Farenden Street, Arcadia in Pretoria.
Labour Law
Drafting and reviewing of employment contracts and policies. Investigation, formulation/prosecuting charges against employees, chairing and or conducting disciplinary hearings.
Municipal Law
High court and magistrate court litigation. Rates and taxes recoveriesm by-laws enforcement.
Pension Law
Opinions, drafting and reviewing various pension policies and funds rules and guidelines. Instituting and defending legal actions against the Pension Funds.
Commercial Law
Financial and banking law. Mining law, mergers and acquisitions and Debt collections/realization of security.
